Frequency in Fashion

Did you know fabrics hold different vibrations that can impact our energetic fields?

Last year, during a macrodose trip, the mushroom spirit made me cognizant of a strange scent emanating from me regardless of maintaining healthy habits such as exercising, clean healthy, time in nature grounding etc. and I soon realized that it was due to the fabric of the clothes I wore and the materials being used in my surroundings.

Waking up to the fact that 90% of my closet was made of polyester, spandex, and nylon was really disheartening; even my carpet was polyester, meaning it was made from petroleum! JEEESUS take the wheel! It was all so overwhelming at first, to the point that I got the ick lmao. So I slowly but surely started buying better frequency materials beginning with the intimate pieces and before knowing it, the whole wardrobe was renewed and the smell was gone. My frequency felt revived and I was floating around like an archangel.

Now I realize this might sound like first world problems, but to someone who is super sensitive to everything it was quite an upgrade, and to be fair there is a study out there, recognizing what I was sensing, but since the study hasn't been replicated, take the findings with a grain of salt. Nevertheless, the discoveries are intriguing.

In 2003, Dr. Heidi Yellen did research on the frequencies of textiles using a digital device called an ag environ machine.

According to her report:

·      The human body has a signature frequency ranging from 70-90

·      In individuals with chronic health conditions, this range decreases below 50

·      Any number less than 15 was diagnosed with incurable conditions such as cancer

Dr. Yellen hypothesized that fabrics with frequencies higher than the human body’s signature range are advantageous to human vitality and healing, whereas those with a significantly lower frequency may contribute to or exacerbate illness.

These are the frequencies of the materials she researched

·      Polyester, Acrylic, Spandex, Lycra, Viscose and Nylon = 0

·      Silk = 10

·      Rayon = 15

·      Standard bleached and colored cotton = 40

·      Nonorganic cotton = 70

·      Organic unbleached cotton = 100

·      Wool = 5000

·      Linen = 5000

·      Linen and wool combined = 0

Learning about this concept really blew my mind, and I hope it’s as enlightening for you as it has been for me. Highly recommend slowly but surely removing low frequency fabrics from your fashion diet as it can not just enhance your aura but also the environment since there aren’t synthetic clothing materials polluting our planet.

It was a bit of a mission, but I was able to source clean and affordable clothing brands with the right style and these are my favorite fashion findings so far:

·      Happy earth https://www.happyearthapparel.com

·      Pact https://wearpact.com

·      Mate the label https://matethelabel.com

·      Swimming suit

·      Harmony 783 https://harmony783.com

·      Bahe https://bahe.co

It's not the end of the world if one is not able to make changes, especially for a particular type of clothing. Although, if you're able to adjust your intimates, that's some improvement at least! In the end, nothing beats a human radiating top tier frequencies regardless of its conditions, but it doesn’t hurt to be aware of the option being there, especially if you’re more sensitive to your surroundings. So please, if you have any fashion recommendations or thoughts about this blog post, don’t hesitate to share.

Thank you for reading and infinite love.
